Before joining the 1-1 program, Nafisa felt stuck in the diet cycle and was inconsistent with her workouts..

I did not exercise regularly. I would sometimes exercise for 20-30 a few times a week and then fall off the wagon after 2 or 3 weeks. I did not know what I was doing. I mostly just followed online videos without much planning or attention to what muscle group I was working with. I didn’t know how to really work out. I only paid attention to nutrition in a sense that I would watch calories for “crash diets.” I would then gain back any weight I lost.”

Once we have a plan in place, we work on building habits into your lifestyle and compounding them over time, and I’m here to support you every step of the way!

The 1-1 Coaching Program: What is it?

The 1-1 coaching program is an online, highly interactive training program for those who feel stuck in their fitness journey.

The goal of the program:

  • To allow you to LEARN about proper exercise form + principles to apply in your training

Knowing what to do and how to do it is the FOUNDATION of creating a lifestyle of fitness that you can sustain for a lifetime

...and it’ll help you feel strong, badass, and confident in a gym full of bros.

  • To help you feel CONFIDENT in the gym

Many of you might feel intimidated to take up space in a public gym.

This program will help you get past that, and become a badass that other people look up to!

  • To hold you accountable for your fitness goals

    How many times have you started a new workout routine, and fall off the wagon after a few weeks or days? This won’t happen if you have someone (me *wink*) to hold you accountable to your goals.

    But it’s more than that -- we dig deep on your inner thoughts to find out your “why” and learn to self-motivate. 

  • To give you a routine (yes, even for busy people!)

    Many of my clients are students, researchers, nurses, etc. We work together to find a way to make fitness a part of your weekly routine without the extra headache.

BEFORE JOINING THE PROGRAM…

 “I used to exercise in college but fell out of it hard multiple times especially when I got a new job and quarantine started. It was always reliant on other people. When I was on my own I felt less motivated and one hiccup would make me stop completely.
